Well, I couldn't answer this question considering my situation is slightly different. I started playing FFR a long time before I started playing DDR.

The only thing that is a result of playing FFR as well as DDR is the ability to read arrows better. That's what it is like for me, at least.

That's a dumb question for the most part, but I guess somebody had to ask it. I think personally FFR will make you better in DDR due to arrow timing. I'm not saying that just because your really good in FFR doesn't mean your going to be the best in DDR, but it will help with arrow timing a lot more.
