How do I get the Song Cartoon Heroes

I checked through all the music stuff and I get the song cartoon heroes so I'm guessing it must be a secret song. Since it isnt in the shop either. Can anyone tell me how to get it. Any help would be greatly apperciated. Thanks =)

Cartoon Heroes isn't in FFR seeing as how it would require permission (and royalties) towards Aqua, which isn't happening.

Go get their permission to use their songs freely in FFR and by all means they will then be put in.
