Just because they are noobs doesn't neccesarily make them illiterate people. It just means that they are new to the internet/forums and they are just in need of help. Remember, everyone started here at one point in time. It isn't like the select few of us automatically knew how things work on the forums and how to find stuff for SM or how to download files. Sure it might be common knowledge but give people a chance and stop being total jerks to everyone. I am quite tired of noob bashing myself.
