yeah, i'm a DDR player of 3 years and two months...

and a stepmania/dwi player of 2 years.. anyways i'm just getting into FFR, I want to submit a bunch of stepfiles since i love making dwi/stepmania files, but i don't know what im exactly supposed to do to submit them here...

You have to get permission from the artist, then post al the files on the FFR submission forum at the buttom...
