If you mean for Stepmania, yes. Just take the song you intend to use into a new folder and copy a DWI file into the same folder. Then go into SM and empty the arrows, change the BPM and beginning timing etc. to fit that of the song and put in your own arrows.

If you mean DDR, talk to Konami.
