ok im sooo confused on how you're supposed 2 play the game, and how it all works and stuff ... please help me!!

Pretty much, this is like DDR. You push the arrow keys on your keyboard corresponding with the arrows on the screen. Time it Perfectly, you get a "Perfect". Time it close to perfectly, get a "Good". Time it poorly, get an "Average". Miss-enter a key, get a "Boo". Miss an arrow, get a "Miss". Pretty simple.

There is a challenge mode in which you can send or recieve challenges people send you. A Challenge is when you play a song, send your score to another person after wagering credits, then they play the song to see if they can beat your score.

There is also Multiplayer mode, in which you log onto a server and play head-to-head against an opponent on a song of your choice. Very fun and addictive.

but um i was also wondering on how u actually get a game started, i tried but i got so confused i just kinda left

I'm assuming you are talking about MultiPlayer? If so, Press the "Go" Button to log onto the MP Lobby. When in the Lobby, press the "Create Room/Game" Button. You will be prompted to fill in a Room Name. Type whatever you wish. If you only want to play with a friend, add a password. Click on "Create Room" To create the room. Wait for another player to join your room, select a song, and play.

It's actually very simple.
