IIR is just a RANKING system. You use it to record your scores from DDR arcade machines. You can't actually play anything on it. And please, don't post 7 times trying to get an answer. Post once and someone will get to it, or PM a staff member.
As far as a guide to making stepfiles... check the Simulator Files forum. There are a few guides there to help you out that are sticky'd at the top.RIPComment

Is there any way to delete a user? I accedentally made two accounts, and I want to delete one.
And the credit transfer works. You might have to hit "Transfer" a few times. And don't get worried if your credits vanish but it says it failed. Just keep hitting "Transfer" until it says "Sucess!"
I have a sig, and I don't want to use it!

look into FFR General Talk. Sticky'd at the top is a thread about the "Actual" difficulty of FFR songs. The way the current difficulty ratings work is that whoever creates the file gives it the difficulty... so, they are not all compatible. The thread in General is much more accurate, and should help you know which songs are similar in difficulty and which ones are slightly harder, so you can work to improve.RIPComment
