Sometimes..I just enjoy looking out at the night sky. Sometimes though, when all is quiet and such, I am fearful to watch the night sky in a totaally dark room. It's just an instinct that gets to me thinking.."theres something going to happen."I remember once, a few years ago it was, that I was outside. I was looking at the sky, (it was daytime) and I saw this black sawcer or oval shaped object flying through the sky. I was wondering what it could be, probably a black jet or something, I had looked away for about a second or two but when I looked back, it was gone. Its something I've never forgotten about since. Things like that get me thinking that there is life out there, even though some people may believe not so...I mean, its an ENTIRE universe out there, how can you not say there isn't another planet out there with livable qualities such as Earth? Someday, hopefully, we will make contact with these other species and hopefully live peacefully with them. There is even the chance they might share their technology with us. But then again, theres always the chance they may be a war-loving race and may just want to start a war with our planet. Hopefully, it won't come to that...

Sounds like u have something in your throat. People are probably afraid of dying because there's always that chance that a) there is no afterlife and your doomed to nonexistence b) there is an afterlife and ur going to hell c)reincarnation is bullshit it shouldn't get a choice, but for arguments sake there's the chance you will be reincarnated as a sea slug. On the topic of aliens I hope they're nothing like the ones from the movie Alien because they kick far too much ass. Aliens with less ass kicking abilities would be ideal, but either way we always have nukes just in case.

It would be funny if aliens we met were like, 18 inches tall average, so we kind of chuckled at them. But they had all these messed up powers and just owned us napoleon style.

I saw a flying saucer driving cross canada in Middle of Nowhere, Saskatchewan. It was just a light dancing across the sky. Could have been light reflecting off the window, but I don't think so.

Nuclear weapons are the reasons aliens wouldn't invade earth. They would come for our resources and they would know that eventually we would use nukes against them.

Us humans and our inferior nuclear weapons...What if we accidently killed our own citizens in the process of using them? Also, what if the aliens also have nuclear weapons, but have a shield to rotect themselves form the blast...Or what if they had weapons of even greater destruction than nuclear weapons..for example, plasmatic weapons..

Why do people always assume that aliens have these amazing technologies and they're so much smarter and better than us? I think it's an inferiority complex.

If they have made it to our planet, the chances are is that they are a supior race...Then again, you may be right, but thats a slim chance..Theres always the possibility that they may even be on the Earth the whole time..For example, that Place in the Atlantic or something...I forget the name of it, maybe you know..its the place where some ships or planes have gone, but never returned...

there's no reason they can't be from our solar system either. Mars could be full of underground cities, they've found traces of water on the surface.

Perfect, you are right indeed. Our little alien friends might be right in our little happy-go-lucky land of Mars..I suggest Earth should begin testing if humans would be able to go to Mars because we really need to dig up these "traces of water". This is a sign of inhabitance that our machines may have NOT picked up. These traces of water may lead to the discovery of these "underground cities" as you say. Discovering our friends may indeed have the possibility of starting our little war that we fear with them...After all, how many "underground cities" do you see hear on Earth? In basic, if there is underground cities, they may be quite advanced or it may just be a cheap tactic to hide from our supior race! (I hope the aliens don't read this post)

Why is everybody so worried about the aliens starting a war? If they are smart enough to get to our planet, then they will easily know how to wipe us out, like hit the worlds nuclear powers quickly and before anybody even realizes anything is wrong. I don't think we should worry about some war with aliens, we would be crushed so fast anyways so there is no point. Besides, humans are probably the only "advanced" species in the galaxy that constantly think of fighting, it's probably because we are not all that evolved yet.

Actually, the united states military has underground bases all over the united states. The extensive sewer systems all across the us are underground, same with subways. And what about parking garages that go 2, 3, 4 floors underground. What about the couple that lives in an old missile silo, all underground. Why not?>

If aliens REALLY wanted to kill us, they would have done so already and we would't be having this conversation. Unless they're parasites that want to use our bodies and are invading in secret, known only to those who are under their control....

Yeah. Paranoia at its best. This is what comes of an afternoon of writing a History term paper. And they say they're not out to get me!
