I didn't know there was any debate that it was a suicide (shot self) and I highly doubt that courtney love is smart enough to get away with murder.

Not true. You'd be amazed at how accurate policework has gotten. They can tell who fired a gun and from where, so here's what they would have found- if it was a suicide it would show gun traces on Kurt's hands and around his body. If Love fired it Kurt's hands would be free of gun traces, and the powder would have settled around the section of the room from where he was shot. Also, you'd have to line up the angle perfectly, yadda yadda. I'm not taking a stand on this, because I don't know enough of the facts, I'm just saying she'd have to plan it out pretty well.

The deal was, that when he died, he was so hopped up on heroine that he wouldn't even be able to operate a shotgun on himself, I believe. I could be wrong, though.

I think he killed himself, though.

i feel this is a serious matter, and look at the evidence.

as of today, almost 10 years later, there is no solid evidence of a suicide.

A rock star? Oh, so that's who this is that were talking about. I don't care for celebrities lives, I find that their livea are niether as interesting or more intersting than my life. Nirvana, eh? I do like some of their music, but I'm sure you've seen people that play that kind of music. Look at Osborne, he has screwed his life over so much that it's difficult for him to even talk like someone his own age. This might seem like a prejudice, and it basically is, but Nirvana created music around the time period that rock started to become very popular, and along with that rock, came drug abuse. There are many other possibilities that could say otherwise that his wife or whomever killed him. Heck, he could have hired a hitman to take him out or, considering he was apparently on lots of drugs at the time, he picked a shotgun and acted stupid while holding it.

I do realize I don't know much about this incident, but then again, the death of a rock star doesn't really phase me.

yea.. but this was murder.. chilly willy has already provided most of the evidence to support that theory, and nobody has shown any evidence on how it could of been murder.. thing is, innocent until proven guilty, not enough evidence to place courtney love as the killer....
