the essay on my ACT this june was "do you think fast food restaurants should be forced to serve healthier foods to patrons?" i thought it was dumb, i got a perfect. what are your guys opinions =)

It is a great idea to provide healthy options for fast-food patrons, but as a former fast food employee, I don't see the point. The restaurant will sell you a salad or a low-carb wrap, but they will also encourage you to make your meal a combo with fries and a large drink, and more often than not, the customer with the best of intentions will give into his desire to eat something greasy and sugary (because that is why we eat fast food, isn't it?)
I've tried the "healthier" foods at a lot of fast food joints and have been left unsatisfied. Most restaurants give small portions for more than a regular combo meal. I'd rather eat something that's going to fill me and go work out later. -

They shouldn't be forced to serve anything. Anyone who goes to a fast food joint knows what's there. Greasey food. It is not the company's fault, and any enforcement otherwise is illogical and stupid.Comment

On the English section I did terrible too

The correct anwser is no, they should not. People need to grow some ****ing brains and take control of their lives if they don't like where it's going. It is not the restaurants fault nor anyone elses.
