I wrote this poem when i first hooked up with my g/f

The Demon Inside

Can you help me fight this demon inside
It grows stronger when I'm not with you
It loves all the dirty thoughts of you
And that is why I need you

When I'm with you I just fall into your eyes
My mind goes clear, I have nothing to lose
I feel free from it all when I hold you close
Every kiss we make, makes him weak

But at night the demon comes back strong
Turns me into someone I don't like
It feels cold when theres nothing of yourself
Being controlled hurts worse then controlling

Can you help me fight this demon inside

i also thoguht that perhaps there was a drinking problem or drug problem or violence problem or abuse problem or racing problem when this demon comes forth. jus speculation though.

It means you masterbate (or want to) at the thought of you and her doing the dirty, but when you're together, you don't have that urge. EMO++.

It's not like that poem is hard to understand. It's not some huge metaphor that is like 'ogm so meny interpertashuns uv dat peom omg hardcor poem riter ther.'

If you perhaps used some more metaphors, you could...I dunno...have more than one interpretations of it, but it's not really hard to guess on what it is about. Chromer said it best.

"It loves all the dirty thoughts of you " Dead give away. You don't even have to "gues what is means". That sentence right there gives it away,
