Do you think Telekinesis is possible?

i dont know myself but smart people are n this part of the forum so im askin do you think its possible, and if for some odd reason you can do it i would like to see a pic. I need to know if this is real or itll be buggin me all night.

I do believe it's possible, bowever I don't believe anyone can do it... yet.

well i did search on google and i got to a site when people levitated knives, made these little energy balls, and moved a pencil across a desk

I really don't think it's possible. If it was, I would think it might be on TV or somthing. As for google, that could have easyily been any sort of wind or slight move of air flow to move a pencil across a desk. Levitate Knives, I don't know what to say about that but there can be a slim string on it. Just like with a card. You can buy things like that anywhere nowdays. Energy balls, maybe you just watched Dragon Ball Z or somthing and got so into it your eyes decieved you. Or just a simple light in a small ball being held by 2 slim, unseeable, strings. It could be real though. People will find out eventually.

i dont know what to believe cause on the main site www.telekinesis.com it says that all people(mainly teens)could do it you just have to keep practicin. I did try it and built the little mechinism it said to practice it, i thought i got it to move but i dont know

According to what we know now: no, telekinesis is not possible. However, we may discover a method to do it in the future, but I doubt it since any ability would have been used atleast once by the 16 billion or so people in recorded history and would have spread like wildfire. Science doesn't really matter for whether or not we will be able to use telekinesis in the future because our knowledge of the brain does not affect its abilities. In each of our lives (in total) we use 100% of our brain, so there is no "untapped" region to worry about. So . . . my vote is no.

I do think some abilities of the mind that do seem unreal may be possible, I think that Telekinesis is not as likely as Telepathy or something alone those lines. I did some research once and I did find that an ex-FBI operative that helped pinpoint german submarines in the war had an abnormal ability. The test-conducters sent someone somewhere in the U.S. and he was asked to draw whatever was on him mind (that was how he found submarines or so it was said) and he drew a windmill. They then revealed that the person was hidden in a wind-farm in Georgia. So I do belive that almost everything is possible, maybe someday Telekinesis.
