                                i didn't say i liked the french, i'm just saying, you're not gonna change your minds because of what verrtucker is saying, or anyone for that matter, you always just make up your own mind, and sometimes, its the right choice, sometimes its not, that's just life.

                                    Americans hate the French because they assume that the French assume that they are better than the Americans. And the French hate Americans for the same reason.

                                        I haven't read every post in here but i agree with Thingy and i don't know who said it but its the government i don't like not the people themselves. The government of all the countries is why we go to war. We as citizens really don't have much of a choice. For example a majority of Muslims aren't bad people its the handful of radical Muslims that makes people hate them and it sure wasn't the Iraqi citizens choice to gas their own people.

                                                    Some resons that i have heard about the Americans hating the french might were because we helped them in their wars and they dont help us. which when i hear that it is a lie. Th french have helped the US during our fight to becoming an indipendant country. "My" opinion on people hating the french is possibly because they are jelouse (sp) of them. (i dont know how.) Oh and im neither american nor french
