I was banned for two weeks for calling myself a nig. RIP
Since then, I did not have the motivate to go on FFR anymore including going on AIM or Skype because I thought a 2 week ban for that was completely stupid and I still think that some of the staff members on this site do not know what they are doing and are playing this favoritism/"oh, I know it all" shit. The lack of development of this site is complete bullshit and the only three people who are truly working on the progression of this site are Velocity (not really that active anymore), aperson (only does shit whenever something happens on the server) and qqwref (not even a staff member yet he was the one who created the new cheater/bot prevention system and even created a whole bunch of useful tools for FFR/SM on his site and he is STILL not a staff member. Why? Because it all comes back to that favoritism shit meaning that if no one on staff likes you, you get nothing in return even after the hard work you put into it and that is the truth). Honestly, as much as I hate to admit this, I actually miss psychoangel as a forum mod because at least she is very reasonable with her warnings/bans and she actually tries to make the community much more interesting and fun. It was because of certain circumstances that she decided to quit her position and I honestly do not blame her for that because this community is just so difficult to deal with. She was way better then nois-or-e will ever be in my opinion.
In conclusion, lost interest in this community. Most staff members don't do shit to better the community because of work schedule, favoritism, lack of organization/communication, no coding experience, and thinking that their decisions are more absolute then what the community say about 90% of the time which is why there are really no real improvements in terms of welcoming more people to this site. There were several people on here who tried to do just that but end up failing because it was either too much work, there were too busy with their work schedules, no one supported it or THEY END UP FINISHING BUT staff members ends up either not supporting it or they WILL support it but nothing gets done and it eventually gets ignored/forgotten. I have seen this pattern happening for so long that I am just tired of it and so to keep it simple...I have given up with this community. Period.
So yeah, part of the reason why I have not been on AIM/MSN/Skype or whatever because I did not want to deal with people who only talk to me about FFR/SM shit all day for those 2 weeks during my ban. I wanted to get out of that distraction so I can focus on things that I have not done in a while and I am glad that I did that because now I have found a lot more things I can do with my time other then just chilling in the FFR forums, watching anime and playing osu. I guess in a way, I have to thank nois-or-e for that 2 week ban however I still think a 2 week ban for that was retarded LOL.
