What is your DAW of choice for making music, and how long have you been producing?
FL Studio 10 as of now. It feels quite intuitive after working with it for quite some time now.
I have been hobby producing, on-and-off mind you, for about 2 years but have been interested in making music much before then (5 years back or so).
I used to make really bad tunes with MixMeister which you could really not even call a DAW but rather a fancy loop interface, imo.
Additionally, I used to make "remixes" by changing the pitch or speed of tunes a la Max 300 > 600.
It was rather silly, but was the spark for my interest in music production.

This is void seeing as I haven't had a girlfriend for years now. #foreveralone or something like that.
(On a more serious note, I don't have time to commit for a serious relationship and I'd rather not half-ass something like that and hurt either party or both parties involved.)
Rap music is music. However, It's not in the traditional sense of how we understand music. The vocals are filled with slangs that gangs used since the 70s and a lot of the instrumentations are replaced with "Street Sounds" instead of traditional instruments. Music is defined as any combination of sounds that is pleasing to the ear, so while one person may find it as "noise" another person can find it pleasing to the ear and so call "vibe" with it as how I think the kids would say it these days.
What has been your favorite school year so far and what made it your favorite?
Definitely Senior Year of HS. Even though I had a bit more workload than compared to the other years, I figured out which electives to take, who to surround myself with and have just a blast overall. + All the Senior benefits were great.

Should I try stepping for FFR or stick to Stepmania?
What is your favorite work of art, and why?
Definitely try to delve into FFR. While the restrictions may seem quite upsetting and limiting, it makes you focus more on 'core ideals' of a file, if you will -- and tempts you to think about stepping certain things different from SM. My favorite work of art? I'd say the album drukqs from Aphex Twin (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drukqs). My taste in music has changed, or if you will, evolved, but I have loved this album since I started collecting and years later I STILL listen to this ever-so-occasionally in its entirety. While I cannot say that it's even Aphex's most prolific or "best" work, it is my favorite by far.
2 contemp art
2 graphic designers u admire the mos
2 mangaka
2 contemp art I'll skip on due to my limited knowledge, I'll answer this once I've finished studying art in 4 years and even then I will not feel confident I have given you an accurate portrayal of what I like... I can say though that I definitely enjoy surrealism as a subgenre.
2 Graphic Designers is pretty easy, at least forum-based: Spenner for his fantastic photography + Illustrator skills and Gundam-Dude for his hyper-clean minimalist typography style. Almost two different ends of the spectrum but both are very refined and talented at what they do.
2 Mangaka: Generic pick would be Akira Toriyama, who made Dragonball and Dr. Slump (which not many know about for some reason). The other pick would be Kaworu Watashiya because Kodomo No Jikan which is hilarious and cute, might be up your alley if you haven't read it. None of these picks are really surprising or "out-there" because I actually read little to no manga.
