Nice. Was expecting maybe a singer, thinking 'meh', considered who posted it, reconsidered, watched it, pure instrumental. Nice! I liked the artistic quality of the video as well.

For devonin, I think it is because Lindsey Stirling is not commercially successful yet. In other words, she is too poor. Vanessa-Mae's first album sold 8 million and her parents bought her a violin, at the age of 10, that in today's dollars would be worth $855,000. VM's only six years older than Lindsey and is already moving on from violin.

Go to her channel, go watch the zelda duet, and go to the end where she does her little shout-out talk-to-the-artist thing...if you can't figure out what about her personality I woudln't like from that clip, then I don't know what to tell you.

I like her music, but I find her videos really pretentious. I get the impression that she is trying way to hard to be popular. Like she knows she has the capability to make "artsy" videos and is feeding on it.

Still, everything aside she still seems like a talented musician.

Sounded like the run of the mill youtube video closing (like, comment, subscribe, thanks everyone for all your support, etc etc), nothing extraordinarily different that would make me not like her as a person though..

This. I also have a feeling that she tries too hard to be "popular" but to me, since she is a rising musician, it is kind of crucial to get your name out to the public to be successful in the music field. Seems more career-oriented than personality-reflective in my opinion.

I'm waiting for the next batch haha. I did submit Electric Daisy Violin in the current one though, so hopefully that'll get in the game (:

I also plan to step more of her music when I'm not too busy myself.
