Artist's Alley is open at 4pm but they usually never have everything setup in time so they open it at the same time as the Dealer's zzz

btw gonna be there by 3pm with friend (CondorTalon from r21freak). So you'll probably see us lining up by then (me for Dealers, him for pre-registration pick up :V)
