Ukrainian - I can understand the person talking to me, but I suck at speaking the language
German - I used to be pretty good, but I haven't had a chance to speak it so I forgot a lot
Polish - I only remember swear words, you know, the only words that matter in different languages
French - Once again, I used to be good, but just forgot almost all of it
      Russian - (see Ukrainian)

French - Used to be pretty good, but I haven't had french in 4/5 years and I haven't had to use it since either. I can still understand a decent bit if it's written. Native french speakers are hard to understand now though.
German - Decent, good at understanding the words/sentences but not so much at speaking.

                            English - native
Polish - can understand a little bit when someone is speaking to me, but I cannot speak it or even write in it for crap
French - again, can understand it; can say a few phrases, but that's pretty much it
Italian - was pretty good at it back in elementary school, but can understand a little now

English = fluent. Heh, what would you expect from a guy that lurks english sites all the time ?
French is my mother tongue, and I'm the kind of guy that works a lot on his own expression and vocabulary. So yeah I'm quite educated on the subject.
German, we're getting really laborious there. I have a hard time memorizing all the grammatical rules, words and expressions. I really only have the basis, just a reduced knowledge on the matter. Helping someone that's beginning to learn it is as far as I can get with that haha.

And about latin and japanese, they're the kind of languages I don't seriously study but on which I accidentally happen to learn words or some grammar rules from, on a random basis. (Latin dactylic hexameters are superfun to spell)
