I got that feeling too, I didn't think an elevator security cam would have sound but then I decided it was more entertaining if I chose to believe it.

You can clearly see he grabs the gun from the security guard/police officer's holster, he didn't randomly have it on him or anything.

I can understand the rage, he probably had an important meeting or something to be at, but that was definitely a total overreaction haha.

Also I feel the same suspicions as others above that it may be fake.
