Price is irrelevant (although I'd LIKE to not go over $400). I just want something that is confirmed to be a great Bluray player that'll also support Netflix and stuff like Pandora.

Yeah it does Pandora, it definitely doesn't beat PS3 in terms of value though.

Definitely a PS3. It's got Bluray, some of the best games exclusive to a console, internet, and "everything" else. (I can't believe I just used Sony's slogan)

Depending on how much you plan on downloading. Personally I would go with the 160GB.
You may prefer the 320GB yourself though.
