                    Thanks Zageron and rebirth, I have done this speedtest a few times and always wondered what that ping things was, but never bothered to google it >.<

                                    Rural Vermont, this is relatively expected (to clarify, my town is basically at the edge of availability for ANY ISP (we don't even have Comcast available here yet)). Not as bad as it looks, but I'd kill for faster internet. Seriously - I would murder everyone at Vtel if it meant faster internet for me.. Hate those bastards.

                                        i did get caught but looks like they changed my internet plan from 3.1-7Mbps to 1Mbps instead of charging me the same and just capping it. at least im not paying as much for internet
