I can't get rid of my stubs. I've been shaving since grade 9 when my moustache got way too out of control and now after 3 days I look all scruffy and rugged, and I don't just mean noticeable facial stubble. When I shave I usually go under my sideburns first, then up my neck/chin, then my moustache, cheeks, then I go over everything all again the do spots I've missed.

If I have time, I'll actually take 10-15 minutes to put on shaving cream and carefully make sure I'm clean shaven. Otherwise I grab my little electric trimmer and spend 45 seconds so that I don't look like a total hobo.

I usually have to shave every three days or so.

Oh, while I'm thinking about it, does anyone in here use the old military-style "knife" razors? I've done that once or twice :P

I'm shaving my head at the start of the month and donating the hair to charity, but I don't think that counts.

-splash water above upper lips and chin
-massage the area to get the hair to stand up
-rinse razor blade
-gently shave against the grain to get a clean shave
-rinse razor blade again
-wash the shaved area
-pat wet area dry

*i only use shaving cream for special occasions.

1) Get face wet
2) Four swipes above mouth
3) Three swipes below mouth
4) Repeat about once a week

Sometimes this takes too damned long. ****ing hate shaving.

This is pretty close to how I roll, the differences aren't worth mentioning. I use a Gilette Fusion and some aftershave if I get any razor burn or anything shitty like that.

Dude, I think you might have what my dad has. I'm not sure if it's a condition or something. He had it all his life. His nickname since he was a kid is Sheiky (shaky), because his hands are NEVER steady, and they're noticeably shaking (your forearm will be moving if you held his hand). It's a riot when he tries to play the Wii. But, man, can he shave and cook (he's a chef) despite this.

I prefer to use my razors in this order (Most preferred -> least preferred)

Gillette Fusion, Mach 3 Turbo, Mach 3, standard two blade Bic razor.

At the moment I have quite a few Mach 3's, so that's what I've been using.

I also have an electric razor which I use if I'm in a hurry.

Glue razor blades to a fan. Turn fan on. Stick head close to fan. Clean up mess.

My hands aren't incredible shaky, but it's noticable if you really look at my hands when i try to keep them still. But this is because of my past use of stimulants

Haha yeah, my hands were steady up until i started experimenting with certain substances, But i mean for the most part my hands steady to a certain degree.

ive gotten that once at a barber shop. this hella old guy asked if i wanted a shave too i said yes. the best and smoothest my skin has ever been holy shit i was rubbing my face and telling everyone to rub my face for two days.

I don't grow much facial hair except a patchy chin/neck beard, so I usually just shave that off with an electric razor before it gets too unruly.
