but I need 4 shots per day, 3 in my belly before every meal and 1 in my leg every night before sleep so thats how its gonna be from now on :/

Fuc, that sucks... But coming from my grandpa who has it, he says you'll get used to having shots everyday pretty fast. He has type II diabetes, so I think you're fine because you found out about it early.

Since when does diabetus = losing a toe? Did the high blood sugar all swell up in the one toe so they had to amputate it or something? I'm confused.

I'm not entirely sure about this, but I think that having excessively high levels of glucose can cause damage to organs.

As far as the possible amputation, I do know that diabetes is occasionally associated with very poor blood circulation.
