I drink too much soda....=( anybody else have this problem??

I've been drinking soda Everyday for a few years.....
I think i'm going to be diabetic soon.....
Does anybody else have the same problem as me?
And how do u guys control your Soda Drinking Problem?
I know it's funny cause i'm saying it like it's alchohol but still..
Soda is like my Alchohol =(

yea.. ld drinks about 12 mountaindews a day.. ever seen the pictures of his room??.. crazy.. but sodas are bad for you.. i started to drink more fruit drinks now.. and gatorade.. soda<fruit drinks

I drink a lot of pop, mainly because Davanni's gives me all the free pop I want because I work there. But on non-work days I don't drink that much...not compared to my dad, who drinks maybe two or three diet cokes a day. That's nothing compared to his friend David though- we can always tell when David was over, because he'll leave a half dozen to a dozen diet coke cans, depending on the length of his visit.

Drinking Soda/Pop does not cause diabetes.. at all. Not even a remote chance of it. Sugar intake in general has nothing to do with causing diabetes. Diabetes is an autoimmune disease where the body attacks the islet cells within the pancreas (type 1)
