    This. It's officially approved by the IANA and will be used. Makes sense in a way, because many people mistakenly stumble on these sites (like a random porn site named closely to another site).

            That was intentional. If you're making a porn site, or just a site in general that has a lot (And many porn sites have a LOT) of banner advertising, and other impression-based advertising, why would you not go ahead and pick googel.com and homtail.com and any other misspelling of a commonly accessed site?

            You get add impression money from everyone going there on purpose -and- by accident.
