Went to visit Frankie's dad last night, the cheapest gas we found was $3.45 and that was at a local gas station [Pennsylvania]. The prices were usually between $3.50-$3.70. The rumor is always that New Jersey has the cheapest gas, not true where I went through because it was roughly the same on Friday when my brother-in-law took his girlfriend home.

I read an article on Yahoo the other day that was "ways to improve gas mileage" and lessening up on the gas pedal was one of the top ways. Tried it last night and we used less than a quarter tank to do 2 hours of driving, city.

when the global elitists want gas prices to be high, they are high, when they want them to be low, they are low. They pretty much control everything. Even our politicians and government.

Implying that petroleum resources around the world aren't depleting.

I cruise control whenever I can.

I can't help it with the windows. When it's nice and warm outside, you'd want some of that to come in.

Put Acetone into your gas tank. It loosens up the molecules and makes them burn easier and quicker, resulting in less gas being used. It has saved up to 10 miles per gallon for some people. Google it to get the proper measurements.

Gas is $3.50's in Illinois and $3.20's in Missouri. I live near the border, so that's convenient.

correct. They just want the general population to think that so they have a valid excuse to raise prices rediculously high.

No one is claiming that we are going to run out next week. The estimations are for around 40 years down the line. I realize this is an unimaginable amount, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't be something about it now.

I'm also not claiming that hype can't raise and lower gas prices even if it has nothing to do with the rates of consuming the resource.

Gas is $1.20 a litre here, which is about $4.54 a gallon :S
