Your thoughts on intelligent life forms

Personally I've always believed in intelligent life forms or Aliens. Theres just too many videos and eye witnesses for me to 100% say no, yet not 100% yes. Im very intrigued by them so discuss your thoughts on them.

(This is what made me decide to make this thread. Discuss this as well. Theres multiple angles of this event if you wish to look further into it)

I personally don't believe we have been visited by any life forms not native to this planet as of yet. I do however believe that there is life outside of out planet, whether that life is "intelligent" or not I really have no idea. It's kind of unfair to judge though because we are the ones defining what it is to be intelligent.

For future reference I recommend spelling "intelligent" correctly. It's to ironic otherwise. =)

It really depends on the definition of "intelligence". You could be "smart" but do "stupid" things like drink under pressure and get into a car crash. Knowing a lot of information does not make you infallible.

Honestly, if *any* life form is able to come to this planet, that life form is undoubtedly "intelligent" since they figured out how to arrive here in the first place. However, I haven't seen any records of that yet. But I think the best definition of intelligence to stick to here would be "the ability to profit from experience". These life forms could realize better methods of approaching situations for survival - even if they don't think like a person.

Whoa, there's even more than one video for this, either a good organized prank or it' real, but aliens ? nah don't think so, it might be some kind of unknown nature phenomenon, that's what I think anyway

I think it would be kind of arrogant to believe that we are the only intelligent life in the entire universe. There is a lot of space out there, I just don't think they are hovering around our planet looking to probe us.

No, cause there's been no saucers or ufos or any of that stuff around since 1985. I wasn't alive then, I jus wanted to say 1985 ( cause me like teh song!>)

overall, aliens don't exist. Gundams do! Or will..in the year 2025 when we have World War IV. But with Gundams! Cause war is always better in a gundam. Don't question that.

@topic: Universe is too vaste to have only one "intelligent" life form. There may have a more advanced civilization than us, or one at the same level, or even a "pre-historical" civilization out there. As I mentioned: Universe is too vaste. There are tons of possibilities.
