Is this a good metal pad?

Its a red octane, and i know they are a good brand.

I dont want to spend more that 300 bucks, so cobalt flux is out of the question.

I figured it would come to 240 WITH SHIPPING, and it has a controll box for PS2(i would use for SM) and xbox, which is sweet cause i have ultramix.

Is this worth getting? Do any of you out there have it?

I have never played on it, but it looks like a very high quality product. I just bought a whole bunch of stuff from red octane, and it works really good. You should get it, and even if it doesn't work, they have a 30-day warranty thing.

    EDIT: free shipping

They arent 1,500. Try 8,000-15,000 from some places.

Yes, that is a good pad. My friend has one, he plays on Heavy on it every day. He's had it for about a year and it still works great. Buy it.

if your only using it for playstation its awesome, but not the best.. go for this http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...101725551&rd=1.. if you are using it for xbox then its ok.. but go for this,
              http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=8102210373

slightly more expensive.. but read the specs.. they are worth it..

The red octane one is basically the pad I have. Very nice, glad I bought it. Good arcade feel and alot better than a soft one IMO.

First of all,Red Octane is a very good brand. It looks all perfect and shiny, very good quality.Except the metal pad looks kind of thin. You want maybe a little thicker one than that. Such as 87x posted, but without the bar.

                      and as for
im just getting a 20 dollar soft pad until i buy an actual ddr machine for 1500

$5295 Is the lowest price for DDR Extreme that I have found. http://www.coinopexpress.com/product...reme_2766.html
