Well personally, I havn't been active a whole lot on the forums in the 3.3 years I have been playing the game. I don't see how this would mean I'm not a "Veteran" and I havn't studied anyones progress over the 3 years I've been playing so I don't know whether 3b GTS is ideal, but from my point of view it is (Played 3 years, 4.6b GTS). So of course, from here it looks okay. However I havn't completely no-lifed this game, and I don't know whether they're trying to get at this or not. :P

EDIT: On a whole though, I think it's a good idea... Certainly gives me more incentive to post on the forums a little more, nothing wrong with getting those silent 'veterans' to indulge in wonderful discussion.

I r veteran. And It makes sense to have a certain breadth of playing to be a veteran because most of the bonuses are detailed to players anyways, not forum regs. Thus people who have been around forever don't necessarily need vet status, they are just old-timers. Besides, many of the forum regs are now mods, etc. anyways.

I don't like the 3B points to earn it. I think its only fair for the TRUE veterans to get the status. Ive seen people get 1.5B points in 1 day! So what 2 maybe 3 days they reach veteran stat? It's highly unlikely but i still don't like it.

My opinion: Make the veteran status for those who have been here 3+ years and get of the 3B points BS.

You need both 3 years and 3 bil GTS if you've been thinking it was 3 years or 3 bil GTS. And does not mean or.

3 yrs + under 1500 av rank to show you are truly veteran worthy of the game/site. Idk, just felt like saying something, I really dont care which way they choose to do it, I will most likely have it unless the years needed it upped. Then I will be sad. lul.
