good lord, reading what you're writing is nothing short of agonizing. i wish you'd just stop. you are so full of yourself for the wrong reasons and you're so painfully oblivious to it all that you're becoming unbearable very quick. must be all that ****ing pot you smoke, jesus christ.

your posts have been nothing but inflammatory, irrelevant to the topic at hand, condescending and even contradictory in more than a few places. i don't care how many Gs you make, how much product you run, how many other pot smoking retards know your name, or the pictures of your plant. you could not get ANY job you wanted to because any technical job (an engineering job, for example) will not even ****ing bat an eye at your ass because you don't have any kind of training or higher level education whatsoever. by all means though man, put "epic p0t $eller" on your resume. see how many people hire you.

i know you'll say, "but i don't have to apply for a job cuz i sell pot all day bro" and that's fine, but don't bother saying you can get any job you want because you can't. you're going to be able to do one thing for the rest of your life, and that is sell pot. if you're happy with that lifestyle, then i'm happy for you and you can kindly SHUT THE **** UP AND VACATE THIS THREAD.

If you're in a situation where any of these things are a constant, lingering worry -- it's harder to be happy. You may be lucky enough to have a loving circle of friends/family/a fun career that helps offset any given lacking attribute, but ultimately, having enough money to grease the wheels is what gets the job done. Everything past that point has diminishing marginal returns.

I don't think it's required to have a good math background in the programming field. It's definitely an upper hand though. Plus I'm sure one of the reasons why comp sci majors are required to take math classes is to simply test your ability to apply logic to related fields. Just my opinion.

it depends on just what you're programming. geometry is fairly irrelevant as far as I know. if you struggle with math then that could be a roadblock, but it can certainly be overcome. the sooner you get started, the better.

Yeah man, people here are smart, I'm just saying no one gives me credibility because I "don't look like I can do it", so when people question me it gets under my skin.

I have plenty of corporate connections, but I don't want to get a white collar job like that, I am a self made man and will continue to be.

Most people can't do that, but I can. I can read body language better than anyone I know, and it really helps me in the situations I come across.

I literally could get ANY job if I wanted to, but I love what I do more than anything, so it's what I do.

And as far as the whole 15 year old stud thing goes, I don't go out and fool around as much as possible, but whenever I try, I score. I don't like shallow people at all

I think all you would need to know for game design is c#, c++ and direct x API's as well as having used visual studio and understanding the general idea of working with a team of people on a project.

You don't have to have in-depth knowledge about actual coding if you want to only study game design.

Game design is a pretty broad term. You can actually design layouts/ideas/integrations/interfaces/art/etc without doing any actual coding.
