Eh, most people are fat because they drink too many flavoured beverages and eat too many "moderately healthy" novelty foods, and have inconsistent diets, live comfortably (lethargically) and have low metabolism.
I would never eat any of that crap, holy ****. Too much sugar makes me want to pass out.
I have a really low metabolism. Which sucks. Even when I was little and ran around outside playing all day, I was still a chubby kid. Never ate as many sweets as other kids though. My parents hardly ever buy any junk food save for chips and soda nowadays, but never did back then. Prolly gained weight cause Mexican food is sooooo good.
