Contrary to what some people have said, other people have (and I say this because I'm one of them) experienced some slower loading times around the site. My logical explanation would be network load, however as I've said, some people just don't have problems.

The only thing that you can really do at the moment is just wait it out and see if loading times improve for you.

Mmm.. the forums are still slow as hell (for me at least).

It wasn't like this prior to the site going down.. I'll wait it out and see if the loading times improve.
