I love bowling:
Average: 192
Throw: (Lefty) cross lane hook.
Lanes (usually): House. It's a cheap pattern :/
High Game: 256
Lucky you, I usually get A 200-220 second game and 180-ish for the others. If a fourth game, it's usually 170 by then.

Close Awein, pressure sucks. My 256 was 7 in a row then opened horribly. Struck out. Pissed me off

what sucked most about my potential perfect game ending in the 7th was that it was a great shot, it was just one of those bad breaks at the worst time. But I didn't let it get to me. I made the spare and moved on. I learned that kind of mental discipline from bowling

We have a match tomorrow, it's like 30 minutes away. I wont be able to make it because of a dentist appointment. I missed practice Thursday also, damn knee.

My average is around 190-200 when I bother trying. Don't got my own ball and can't hook conventionally so I just bowl with my middle and ring finger to induce hook. Other then that, I just bowl what ever the place has down, but its one of those too oily or too dry things, its annoying. I haven't bowled in the longest time tho, eczema on my right hand makes it really difficult to bowl.

I bowl the same way and am the say way towards if the lane has too much or too little oil.

My roommate and Tass (who both went to the same high school and were both bowling captains) are both very good bowlers -- Tass has the upper hand though. I believe he clocked a 300 not too long ago (maybe a few months).

I, on the other hand, am the worst bowler in the world, but I still find it fun.

All the balls at the place I bowl at has the thumb hole way too close and the only ball thats close to what Id need to use my thumb is a 16 pounder and meant for a man twice my size and I'm a pretty decent size. This makes me want to go bowling now.

School tryouts tomorrow. I already on the team (coaches say so) but it's 2 hours of free bowling, so eh, more fun.

*jealous* I wish with all my heart I was at a school that had bowling. GS (good skill instead of good luck) with your bowling

I used to bowl regularly. But now I have not gone in years. My ave when I was going was around the 240 area I can't remember the highest I believe it was in the 280 area. I never did get to hit that 300 :/
