                              16-18 sucks. Actually, now that I think of it, 13-19 is crap.

                                              16-18 doesn't necessarily suck.

                                              If he's lucky then this is the age where he will be able to drive around, enabling him to do whatever he wants, while still having his parents pay for everything (including the car and insurance).
