Yeah, Quigly i don't know that i would consider some of that list screamo.. Like whitechaple, Born of Osiris, All that Remains, and many more actually. I think i would consider some of those metal core through death core which might be a little to heavy. all good bands though.

try Saosin. not exactly screamo, but its all good right?
Or how about Devil Wears Prada? again not screamo in my opinion but you can understand the lyrics. at least i can. hmm. I could think of more.

Oh and quigly you should really check out After the Burial. pretty sure you would love them.

Well I don't see anything wrong with putting down bands that aren't strictly screamo. She might like some of the heavier stuff who knows. Metalcore/deathcore is a lot better than screamo anyway. Much more room to be unique.

Ps TDWP is absolutely horrible haha. It's the most cookie-cutter 'metal' band out there. And seeing all these kids in my school that think they're so damn HaRdCoRe because they can listen to a couple of mediocre breakdowns when they don't know **** about well composed music makes me want to burn down an orphanage.
