You know who they are IRL, you said. Did you try the channel of "Talk to the person and tell them to knock it off"?

Also, before you try slamming me, you might try reading what -I- said, which was, and I quote:

You'll note my use of the singular "An account" despite the fact that you're talking about -two- accounts. That is: ONE of the accounts hasn't logged in for 2+ years. The other one, which was, yes, active about a month ago, made 1 forum post, before which, they -also- were completely inactive for over 2 years.

You'll also note that their videos have been deleted from their profile, as well as their photos. So I'll thank you to look into what I did or didn't do before you accuse me of trolling you.

I'm also curious which forum rule they are suggesting sonic140 is breaking that we should ban them.

We're not requesting a forum ban. Though it would be nice, considering he did steal someone's identity for over 2 years and I have no idea why that isn't against the rules in the first place when there's like 6 tiers of punishment dedicated solely to "flaming" which apparently isn't enforced. We're requesting the removal of his XQSite profile. I mean, XQSite is also dubbed "The FFR Mirror". I'm sure you guys have a stake in this? Or is that just a flashy badge?

In addition, they're posing as you. Not stealing financial information, not using it for financial gain. Simply posing. They didn't 'steal your friends identity'. Your friend is very much your friend. There are no fraudulant charges wracking up on your friends credit cards, are there?

Even if there were, this is not a matter for FFR.

We are not the police here. If there was indentity theiving going on, you contact the police.

EDIT: Hell, where's the proof that you're who you say your are? You could be the identity thief trying to get the REAL guy banned off the site.

And again, what you're asking us to do is ban the user. Their profile will never be deleted, because administrative policy dictates that we don't permanantly delete anything from the site. You should actually want it that way anyhow, because if he graduated to legitimate identity theft, we'd have access to that profile to back up your claims that the impersonation had been going on for a long time.

The OP includes a youtube video from the account of the person sonic140 says is them, saying "I'm not sonic140" Which is why I deleted the photos and videos from the profile.

This is a game site and you're trying to tell us that pretending to be someone else on this game is considered identity theft? If that's the case, contact the police. We do not delete accounts on this site no matter what.

So you're talking about alleged offenses that happened 2+ years ago...

I was correcting you on that count.

And the idea of removing all of his pictures and videos is kind of ludicrous considering he still uses my friend's name in all of his info. Still makes allusions to everything that comprises what is my friend's life and still is most literally posing as my friend. Also, one of the videos is still up. Which my friend agreed to remove himself (/delete off his Youtube), because he was growing impatient waiting for a legit response from the mods.

And can't these videos and pictures be easily brought back?

Wow, really? Calling the police? It seems like you're trying real hard to shoot me down as opposed to help me, TBH. These guys have been telling me I'm overreacting for the last 2 pages and your advice for me is to "call the police"? This is an incident of ID theft on a FFR-affiliated site, so I don't see how consulting the FFR forums and looking for some help from FFR authorities on the INTERNET is somehow less reasonable than "calling the police". THAT would be blowing it out of proportion.

Srsly, is it that hard just to get rid of the guy? And you should see Duelarm's video response to all this anyway...he's the one who posted all the vids and all of the pictures are of him. The video is entitled "SONIC140 OR SONIC360 ARE NOT ME". K? Video evidence right there. I don't know what other proof I need to provide.

Um...I already -did- remove the videos and pictures. All except the video that duelarm had renamed "This is not sonic140/360" or whatever, since that made your point better than deleting all of them would.
