T-shirts

Hey...

I'm in the UK and recently bought an FFR t-shirt which hasn't yet been delivered it's been nearly 3 weeks now!

Anyone else from the UK/europe who has had the same problem and knows how long it should take to arrive?? They said 1-2 weeks, and the money's been taken out of my account and everything so i definately bought it.

Hey,

I would recommend contacting someone who deals with the T-Shirts here at FFR. Your best bet would be either Tasselfoot or JasonKey, although I'm not sure which one is in charge. Either one would know what's going on.

Worse case scenario: It's being shipped overseas and maybe there was some sort of delay. Very sorry and I hope you get some sort of answer as soon as possible.

Jasonkey has the shirts, Jasonkey hasn't been online in months.. I ordered mine months ago. Tass has no access to the shirts. All you can do is notify paypal that you didn't receive it and try to get a refund.

I really wish people would stop saying "ffr does" and "ffr doesn't" about these things.

The answer is "The person who actually is in possession of the t-shirts hasn't been online in a long time."

Plenty of us at FFR -care- we just don't have any way to -do- anything about it. As long as the people in personal possession of the merchandise, and in sole control of various functionalities and services aren't here, all we can do is apologise, and keep track of what's happened to whom and try to make it better once we're able.

I should be in charge of this rofl.
I know of people who ordered their shirt and Jason ended up sending it out like 3 months later. My recommendation, like the others in this thread, is to try and contact both Jasonkey, and Synthlight (lol), if you don't get a response in a week, and aren't willing to wait 3 months to get your shirt, then yeah open a claim with paypal and get your money back :3

I should be in charge of shipping. At least I could get the Rithum shirts out - especially out to Canada and their Customs is a bitch. And those shirts were free.
