    Blue Screen of Death help?

My **** crashed... I'm on my laptop now...
Haven't downloaded anything other than music from Newgrounds and CRD, etc, for FFR stepping. I tried restarting, booting in Last Working (or whatever) mode and Safe mode, and nothings brought me to XP.

    STOP: 0x00000024 (0x00190203, 0x82965370, 0xc0000102, 0x00000000)

Any help or information is much appreciated.

Burn yourself a copy of BartPE. It's free and it has all sorts of cool things for fixing your ****.

Ok this is what I would do.

Download an OS that has a live boot CD...for example this. No you don't have to download it but you can boot your computer with the OS on the CD then access your hardrive. From here you can just take the CD out then put DVD's in or USB drives and back all your data up. From here, go on another compute rand torrent a copy of your OS, burn that on a disc, then boot up. I have a bunch of torrents I can give you. Just add me on MSN, AIM, or YIM if you have any other questions.

              so wait

              You BSoD'd

And now XP won't boot? Can you get into the bios? If so, you probably need to reinstall Windows using any of the various above methods. If not, you're ****ed rofl.

Does it give you the same error every time you try to boot XP?

BSoD is something involving Windows, so it won't effect the BIOS and BIOS is kinda in it's own little hardrive.

Good point, lmao. That was a bit of a brain fart. I always check the bios whenever ANYTHING goes wrong out of pure habit, so I just kinda assumed everyone else did too.

So I guess he's stuck. I agree that the best solution would be a LiveCD he could use to back up his stuff before reinstalling. Not much more to say.
