Geared for netbooks? I'll pass.
They'll probably add on to the OS though... well, we'll see.
If you want an OS like this geared for Desktops get Ubuntu. It's based on the Linux Kernal as this one is but geared for home computing. Don't think Google will catch up with it for a while.

I'll probably take a look at this. I doubt I'll make a full switch. I really like the price point, as it fits in my budget right now. Also, I would like a netbook, and this looks like it would be perfect for one (as it's pretty much made for one). I guess I'll just have to wait and see.
One thing that is a little weird, is that it is relying more on the Chrome browser than an OS, if I did my reading correctly. I don't know how I feel about this, only because I really don't like when things like this change. But, if it works well, I'll be pretty happy. Also, the whole uber-quick startup sounds awesome.

OS X (8, 9, and 10), some DOS, and I've dabbled a tiny bit in Linux.
DOS is Windows, and OS X is pretty ****. Also there are tons of Linux distro's...if you've actually JUST been using Linux without any GUI, it's like using command line in Windows...except it's capable of doing things XD.
