ok so this is what REALLY happened. a girl walks into a tattoo shop very very high. walks up to the man and asked for 56 stars all over the left side of her face. she then passes out while getting the tattoo's done and wakes up after her high finished clueless with tattoos all over her face.

Most tattoo artists worth going to wouldn't tattoo you on places you can't cover easily unless you're already pretty heavily tattooed.

I've known people to want tattoos on their face/hands/neck and been turned away by the artist on the grounds that, as not already a fairly tattooed person, you probably don't realise how much of a stupid plan it can be to get tattoos you can't cover up when you need to.

If you have ever met you would know I'm not closed minded at all. You just can't understand that people have opinions that don't agree with yours. And for that you are close minded. Although I don't care enough to punch you in the throat.

So his opinion about you being closed minded is close minded while your opinion about tattoo's being retarded isn't? Really though you usually come off sounding really closed minded. Instead of saying what you said maybe say something like "She's retarded in the first place for getting tattoos" rather than "She deserved it because she was getting a tattoo."
