Girls Play Video Games???

I've only ever met one girl in my entire life that play's video games. And not just on video game like Cool Boarders 3, but actually video games. How many have you guys met??

umm well one that i know for sure... and the other i met while playing ddr at the arcade... like 15 in total... but thats just ddr i dont know for sure if they play anyother games...

I know a few girls that play rpg's and a couple that play DDR once in a while and some that play other types of games. they're pretty cool.

I don't know many, but I know two girls in particular that are hard-core gamers. They're damn good. I consider them my rivals.

Well, I think it's the area you live in too. Around here there's about 7 girls who play games. But if I travel around, especially to bigger cities, there are a lot more girl gamers.

Well wouldn't you think so? A more populated area therefore must have more of a type of person/people.

hmm.... so out of the 6 people who have posted we know a total of (estimated)20 girls who play games... know if asked how many guys you know that play games.... i bet that rate will be much higher.....

At the arcade i see tons of grils play the driving games and have met a few while playing ddr and have been beaten by one, of corse she's a good friend of mine so its alright.

umm... no... their not even as close as amount of girls who play games as their is guys... maybe where you live but not anywhere else... look at E3, look at any game room at a Convention... look at any other arcade... guys rule the places... most of the girls their are jsut their with their boyfriends... most of the girls only play games when their with their boyfriends... if you were to ask any of those girls about the gaming communtiy they wouldnt know a thing about it.... another thing you probably are a girl... you said nothing in your post that would say that you arent...

Hmm... to be honest with youu im a girl , i dont play that many play video games but .. i dont know alot of girls i have this one friend whos obsessed with zelda and finafantasy's and mario and lots of stuff XD and she beet legend of zelda the winwaker in like 2 dayz O_O i play bubble puzzle! much fun

yea... see... not nearly as many girls play video games as guys... i can name over ten friends of mine that play video games regularly... go ask a girl to do that...

I bet you the statistics will show a ratio of at least 20:1 for guys against girls on video games.
