            The safety of a browser is not always determined by the browser itself, but the user behind it. IE with it's security zones can surpass Firefox easily in safety, not to mention Firefox requires additional addons like NoScript to increase safety.

                I use IE and I still get those dumb pop ups, it ruined my effin Blue Army AAA. :X

                                            just download the patch and youll be ok. i use IE and i dont have a problem. McAfee works fine and my updates are all up and smooth
