My hard drive fails. :(

I was adding songs to my Stepmania this morning when an error popped up and told me my computer had run out of free disk space. I'm not even kidding.

I seriously need a new hard drive...the one I have now only holds 71.4 GB, and a good 9-10 GB of that is required by Windows.

Then you should either free up some space on your computer or go buy an extra hard drive which is obvious.

Even just run SM from a USB drive. Also Windows should only take up ~7G of space unless you're running XP. Use the Disk Clean up utility too. Also just take stuff off your computer you don't want obviously. Old music you don't like anymore or movies...maybe some old games. I've managed with the same sized hardrive as you without any hassle...have no idea how I'll ever fill up this 500G one XD...3OS's and all my music/video's and it still has 400G left.

I can't run SM from a USB drive, my USB drives only hold 2 GB and my SM is like 6-7 GB.

You can get external hard drives for pretty cheap these days.

I bought one recently. I now have 1108GB space on my pc.

Over 1 TB yaaay.

Mine is a P3 with 7gb, you pretty much have no reason to complain XD
I got a 320GB portable drive for $120ish.

Well I payed £50 for my 640 external hdd. That was a lucky occurrence though.

Depends on how much you want to spend and how much space you think you'll need.

Ebuyer.com is a good place to start though.

Yeah, or you could buy another internal hard drive for less than an external >.>.

A 1tb hard drive (internal) is only about $100 now... A 500 gig one is even less... They're pretty cheap now.

I got my 500 gig one for 100 a year ago, and now 1tb is 100 >.>
