Fires spring up near SD all the time. We had one here like a year ago. How long have you lived here??

I don't understand why Southern California hasn't figured out how to conducted routine controlled fires in at-risk areas before fire season starts up.

Well, I believe for the Yorba Linda fire, I heard they're one of the communities with very less water( As told by Channel 9.) And then the winds carried little Ember bits into other areas, which then caused more fires.
And I also don't have PE tomorrow due to the air quality, which is very horrible right now in California. And I heard some of the kids' houses at my school burned down, due to a call by the principal today.

With that logic, we should just go ahead and pave over the hillsides with concrete. All of Socal is a high risk for fire. There is no such think as a "low risk" zone.

Indeed, there is no such thing as a "low risk" zone. Just look at Tornado Alley, is that a "low risk" zone?( I'm just using Tornado Alley as an example.)

I was driving with my parents to this party family thing. And I saw half the mountain side on fire. It was beautiful yet tragic at the same time. :X We went past Sylmar.
