You do not need a credit card, and you don't need to give any personal information when signing up.

You get paid once you reach 2000 cents which equals $20.00, you just send your paypal link for payment.

I went over the rules and it just said you can't post links to Pornography. So I figured it would be okay.

It's up to 10 cents, and you can get cents other ways too.
