I stopped trick or treating when I was 14. It was pointless to go out when you would have free candy at your house when it was all said and done.

The holiday originated in 1882 as the Central Labor Union (of New York City) sought to create "a day off for the working citizens".

I'm not trick or treating - don't get me wrong, I'll be 17 and if it wasn't on a Friday then I probably would, but we are going to a party...my friend is going as a pimpin Willy Wonka, and I'm going as a hungover Oompa Loompa.

And Halloween is the most kickass holiday out there, hands down.
