Apparently the rules of baseball don't apply to Jimmy Rollins. He can be tagged anywhere in between bases and still be safe, it seems.

Hey Guido how about that call where Carl Crawford got thrown out by a diving 45-year old man but was called safe which would have nullified the two runs they scored that inning. The calls are going both ways.

And yea, Jimmy Rollins is just far too sexy.

Please don't even bring up Chelsea...that game against Liverpool was depressing. And the Bridge streak is over.

Back to the topic at hand: so, due to some luck, I was able to nab my dad's last ticket to Game 5 and I was totally psyched to see Cole and the Phils shut the door and finish the series. I came home depressed, tired, and soaking wet. Not one of the more pleasant games I have been to. And, I don't think I will be able to go to the mini-game tomorrow. Woe is me.

I was talking with my dad and he says that the Phillies didn't lose any momentum after the rescheduling. I think that the Rays are slowly gaining it, because every second that they are not eliminated and every second the Phils don't close the door gets the comeback idea back in their minds again. What do you all think?

P.S I still say Phillies in 5.

Yes the bridge streak is over but it will not be matched / beaten in my lifetime so i don't mind. Four and a half years without losing a home game is incredible! Liverpool has a lucky deflected goal that was all!


aTzUeLo can you tell me how the Phillies compare with regards to football like are they the Chelsea of the MLB (i hope that's correct when i say MLB). Also what tournament are they winning at the moment - is it like the champions league?
