Is it a glich or did we break the record by like 3,000 users. What could have caused this sudden outburst?

Yes but to my knowledge we have never had more then 7,000 something.
Edit: Most users ever online was 7,599, May 20th, 2008 at 11:52 AM.

Maybe everyone is on before going to school?Removed a .gif image so your total signature size isn't well over 1MB. Keep this in mind for the future.

You're looking at two different numbers.
The number at the top is users on the website total. That number is usually pretty high, but 10k is a lot.
That number at the bottom is amount of people that were on the forums at one time. This is a very different number, and I can't imagine it ever being that high again.Funny stuff goes in this area right?Comment

The online count comes from the forums, what you see in the header is a glitch, the forum count is an accurate count of users online.
