Super Mario Bros. for the NES. I was two years old. It was followed by The Legend of Zelda, Mario 3 and Final Fantasy, IIRC...all of which I was able to beat by the time I was 3. Hot damn.

Edit: Oops forgot I have a genesis, I think it was actually Sonic (not sure which though)
