It looks like they're trying to break the spam filter to me. I don't think that particular email itself was meant to make you purchase anything or etc, but moreso to get you to flag it as 'spam', intentionally.

I think the idea behind it is to put as many random words in it as possible so any email containing those words are more likely to be flagged as 'spam' as well and/or to just be mean to people by increasing the likelihood their non-spam emails get sent to spam folder.

Also, that almost looks like a list some websites put up so they get more hits on search engines.

The more random words they write out, the more searches they can get accidentally hit for. But seeing as how you said that was an email, I don't know what their aim is. = /
